## Reflection: 
Today was a decent day as far as habits go. I was able to keep up with some of my more important habits like meditation and journaling which really help me with my mental health and overall mood. 

I missed decluttering my desk and my laptop because it was a bit too much accumulated from last week and my day was pretty hectic, but I hope I can get it cleared out tomorrow. The habits I am most disappointed in are the eating related, which was largely due to a colleague celebrating her work anniversary.

I need to do better on no-phone mornings, there is no excuse for this. Overall it was a decent day with a lot of scope for improvement. 

## New Habit Ideas: 
- Drink a glass of cold water as soon as I wake up.
- Switching to light music before sleep
- Switching off all lights an hour before sleeping. 
- No alcohol two hours before sleeping.
- No phones two hours before sleeping. 
- No food three hours before sleeping.
